This Refund Policy describes how refunds work for purchases of ReelCut digital services. Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record.
ReelCut provides digital software services and consumable credits. By purchasing, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately when credits are granted or subscription access is enabled.
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account or via the Creem customer portal linked from your receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period except where required by law or explicitly offered on the Pricing page.
Credits are non-refundable once consumed. If a billable action fails due to a verified platform error on our side, we will restore credits or re-run the job at no additional charge.
If you purchased credits but have not consumed any and contact us within fourteen (14) days of purchase, we may approve a refund or credit reversal through Creem at our discretion.
Refund requests for card payments must be submitted through our support channel or Creem’s processes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Creem may issue refunds in accordance with card network rules and applicable consumer laws even when not requested by us.
