Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, profile settings, and locale preferences.

Content data: scripts, project metadata, selected clips, voice settings, exports, and support messages you send us.

Usage data: feature usage, credits consumed, IP address, device/browser type, and diagnostic logs for security and reliability.

Payment data: when you purchase a paid plan, payment card and billing details are collected by Creem, our Merchant of Record, not stored directly on our servers.

Provide and improve the Service, including AI storyboarding, media search, voice synthesis, and cloud rendering.

Authenticate users, prevent abuse, enforce policies, and comply with law.

Communicate about your account, security, and product updates.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on contract performance (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and consent where required (e.g., optional marketing).

We use infrastructure and subprocessors for hosting, object storage, AI APIs, stock media, email, and analytics. We require appropriate safeguards for international transfers where applicable.

Creem processes payments as Merchant of Record; see Creem’s privacy notice for payment-related processing.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service.

We retain account and project data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, billing, and legal compliance. You may request deletion subject to exceptions (fraud prevention, legal holds).

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
